California Department - Fish and Wildlife(DFW) - 2016 Hunter Education Courses and Classes. Effective January 2016, all registrations for hunter education courses must be made on-line: www.wildlife.ca.gov. Follow the links for “hunting” and “hunter education,” select “traditional” or “home study/online” for class date and location. Click on “register” fill out and submit the required personal information. Course registration with the Department of Fish and Wildlife is free, however, in addition to this registration a second registration is required for specific locations (Arroyo Grande, Atascadero, Paso Robles, San Luis Obispo and Santa Maria). These sites have a direct link to their registration form on the DFW website. Please note: the second registration is required by the classroom site and fees must be paid before you can attend class. Our 20th annual Kid's Adventure Day is just around the corner! It will be held Saturday, May 21st and Sunday, May 22nd at Fort Hope. Applications can be downloaded here and submitted by May 9th. (Instructions for submission are located in the application.)

Perhaps you've seen #gunvote around? #gunvote is sponsored by the NSSF (National Shooting Sports Foundation); they refer to it as their educational site. The site has all of the current candidates with links to their platform on gun control.
